Your money back guarantee starts from the day the items leave our warehouse. To return any item you will need to e-mail us requesting an RMA# at the e-mail address below. We will e-mail you the RMA# along with the return shipping address.  Once you receive the RMA# it is good for another 30 days which should give you plenty of time to get the items back to us. We also refund your you the original shipping  If we receive it after this time there will be a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund..

To receive your full refund the items must be returned in there original packaging with all appropriate parts and in a resalable condition.

Refunds are only issued to the original credit card that you used to purchase the items. This is done for security reasons so that if someone used your card to make the purchase and then tried to return it to get the money. If you received the items as a gift we will exchange the item for something of equal vale.
